Disrespectful Manager

Disrespectful manager, horrible experience Nando s Northmead. Went inside nandos store Saturday while waiting I needed the rest room and was informed by teller that they were experiencing water shortages and I explained the urgency and one of the managers gave me permission as I explained. Found the toilet locked thinking that I was speaking to the same manager I explained to her that the toilets are locked she told me everyone new they had water issues and if I did number 2 in the toilet who would clean it. The level of disrespect I got and the wast a sign at the door that said no water. And if water was an issue how were they preparing our food and were did staff go relieve their themselves. She said they didn’t have any issues regarding rest room issue the previous day. It became a very heated argument in front of the staff. And she said even if I reported her she didn’t care no action would be taken . So much for leading by example.
