Displeased with Food and Service
Good day,<br> <br> I was just at the Nando's in Florida - Durban(12:55pm)<br> <br> This fast is one of my favourites but today I wasn't pleased with the service and food.<br> <br> Food - my colleague and I had purchased a 1/4 chicken meal. First of all we waited over 25 minutes for my our meals. The waiter doesn't bring us any sauces but for other customers she had taken the sauces along with their meals. My chicken was very cold. I didnt have the energy or time to take it back to get warmed up, it was also very dry and tasteless. My colleagues chicken was absolutely raw and red in the inside. I even took pictures to prove it. <br> <br> We would like this matter dealt with accordingly and also reimbursed <br> <br> Regards,<br> Whitney
