Dishonoured Order Request
A complaint against Nando's Sanridge Square. After having made a specific request by drive through for NO CHEESE in my prego roll (numerous number of times by the way) and even having asked the waiter who handed me my order if it had no cheese which he insisted there wasn't any guess what i got A PREGO ROLL WITH CHEESE ... I stated NO CHEESE for a specific reason why can't Nando's honour a client's request. By the way this is not my first time experincing this kind of service from this branch. I am highly annoyed by this.
