Disgustingly Burnt Chicken
I have been buying chicken form Nandos Boskruin for the past few years because I stay in the area. I know the satff and the manager very well. Kind people. Yesterday I ordered a delivery of a quarter chicken and chips. A piece of disgustingly burnt chicken was delivered. I called and spoke to the manager,who told me not to eat the food. He said they'll deliver another one. I had to wait for another 20 minutes for a delivery. Very inconvenient but I was fine with it. The second delivery came, I gave the guy the whole meal back, only to discover that they're only replacing the chicken, not the chips. So am I supposed to eat these cold chips?!!! fine! My issue is EVEN THE SECOND DELIVERY WAS BADLY BURNT!! So unbelievable I had to take a picture! what pathetic service! I have pictures of both pieces! Sickening service! They would never give such food to someone who is sitting in! So why do it with a delivery? Despicable customer service! Especially to a loyal client.
