Disgusting Terrible Service
Hi,
Last week Friday, my wife placed an order from Nando's Sandton and the delivery did not take place. The order was placed at 9pm and we did not have any idea if the delivery was going to take place or not.
We called in on Saturday and the manager advised me that he needed to contact a different manger and that he was going to call me back. I was contacted again with a pathetic excuse that we cancelled the order and this was advised by the call center.
I was advised that I would be called back and I have not been contacted there after. I cannot believe how terrible the service is.
