Disgusting services, no remorse

I am disgusted by the service received at Nandos mall of Africa. I was soooo looking forward to the grilled chicken but it seems the staff and managers are not ready. I visited the restaurant Tuesday night and stood there for 30 minutes just to be told be wait another 15 minutes for an order and 20 minutes later after the food was still not ready. I was witb a 2 year old who was irritable and was not even offered a seat that is meant to be used by people dining because o order a take away. I eventually asked for my refund after waisyng muly time and no regret or remorse was shown
