Disgusting Service, rude staff, wrong order
Disgusting service from Nando’s off Corlett drive. Waited for everyone else that came after me to get their order and leave before me. I asked the cashier 3 times how much longer is my order going to take, she never responded to me yet she ignored me and screamed to someone in the back that’s all, my questions were never answered. Waited 35 mins for 3 burgers which weren’t the flavors I ordered and missing tomatoes, and peri tatoes which were ice cold seems like it was lieing there for some time. When I got home my food was cold as if it’s been lieing there for a while, and noticed the contents in my burger was wrong. You running your business to the ground won’t be going back there again, as Nando’s isn’t the cheapest meal and on top of that to get **** service and an incorrect meal that’s missing contents.... disgusting Nando’s Corlett Drive.
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the
exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
