Disgusting Service: Old Salad, Small Portion Livers, and Dry Chicken!!!

Last night I went Nandos Sunningdale/Sandown Parklands, I bought a quarter chicken with a green salad and a full portion chicken livers. To my surprise the chicken was dry, as if they ran out of source, and they only used the very last bit of it left??? The salad seemed like it was made 2 days ago, olives were literally dead, in pieces, tomato, and lettuce were disgusting such that I had to throw the whole thing away! The chicken livers literally way smaller than their small portion even though I had ordered the large portion as if it was a sc**** of the last that was left from the previous order, and not to even mention that price went from R49 to R54 and yet the portion keeps getting smaller. I still have the pictures of the chicken livers before I even ate them, and the salad was too disgusting to even look at!!!! I have observed over the last few encounters with that Nandos that their service keeps deteriorating by the day and very little care is actually given by their staff which is absolutely preposterous! Utterly unacceptable service especially given the prices we pay! Complaining is draining process, all we demand is good service and quality food for the high prices we pay! I want my full refund if not a proper order!!!
