Disgusting Service from Nandos Chilli Lane

<p>we just placed an order for a half chicken meal with salad at Chilli Lane and asked for two sachets of hot sauce to be included in the meal. Mpumi, who is apparently the manager there advised that we could not get even one hot sauce satchet because we were not buying chips. She said we should buy the bottle which costs R25 - which I find disgusting! She then went on to tell me that they would be making a loss if they gave us the two sachets! I understand the need to save but a hot sauce watch (which I offered to pay for) is not much to lose to retain a customer.</p> <p>very disappointed at the treatment and logic behind this policy.</p>
