Disgusting service

I was at nando's Pavillion on the 29.02.2020,i was so shocked by the I was treated especially by the manager. Firstly I phoned because I wanted to pick up my order, an order number was sent to me via sms when I got to nando's to collect my order the waiter told me I cannot get in with the trolley, I asked him what to do with it he said he have no idea since he cannot look after it also, I asked for the manager OMG the lady was so rude, she said she can cancel my order if I can't find anyone to look after my trolley, I stood there outside waiting for my partner to come from out place, the manager stood there by the door soni can't get in, I was so tired and could not go to another restaurant since I've been grocery shopping the whole day. No sympathy at all from the nando's Pavillion the services is extremely bad, I really don't see myself going there anymore. My partner eventually came 30 minutes later I went to fetch my order.
