Disgusting service at Centurion Lifestyle Centre Brunch
I just got back from Nandos at Centurion lifestyle centre and your service is appalling. My order was finished on time and packed but no called my order number is stood up twice to check if the pack that they packed and has been sitting there was my order and I was told twice that it was after 45min of waiting for my order I stood up again as they were now calling 4 order numbers that came after me. After asking for the 3rd time the guy realised that the order that has been standing there for over 30min was my order and at this point it was cold and soggy as I ordered two pita's I had no choice but to demand my refund and no one has apologised to me for the error or even offered to redo my order. I am not going back to that brunch as this was the 2nd time their service was appalling.
