Disgusting service

I'm very disgusted to say the least about the service at the Tsakane Mall store. I'm a regular customer there but each time I place an order there always seems to be an issue with either the food itself, the manager or delivery service.. I ordered at 19:00,ETA for the food to be delivered was 20:10. Around. 19:45 the manager from the store who later proved to be clueless and *********** called to ask about my method of payment, I told him I have enough cash. 45 Mins after that call I'm still waiting for my order. I call the manager and all he could tell me was "the driver said he arrived at your place and tried calling you you weren't reachable. And I'm surprised because he had only just left the store and came back quickly and now we're unable to get hold of him" If that's the case then how the h*ll did the manager get through to me?!?! What appals me is how nonchalant the manger was, telling me unfortunately he can't help me with anything cause there's no one who's gonna bring my food. I'm livid as we speak, now I'd have to start over with putting together a meal at this time because the staff at nando's decided they won't help me with anything, what annoys me most is I kept asking him "okay I'm waiting for my meal, I'm hungry, how do we solve this?" and all he could say was "Nami angazi". The nerve!! It's as if I knew this would happen as I was sceptical ordering through the MrD app and opted to deal with the store directly. To think I always tip these drivers regardless of their mediocre service.
