Disgusting Service

I am beyond upset with the appalling service from Nando’s Meyersdal. My food was late, and when I tried to follow up, NO ONE answered the phone at the branch. In desperation, I called the head office, only to be transferred to customer care multiple times—and guess what? Not a single person there answered either.

This is not just poor service—this is complete disregard for customers. I expected better from a brand like Nando’s. This experience was nothing short of infuriating and completely unacceptable.

You’ve just lost a loyal customer. I will never order from Nando’s Meyersdal again
