Disgusting Service

I called to place an order for delivery to Nandos Sandton City in which is situated less than 5 mins from the hotel[ In which the hotel is within the Mall] . After waiting 30 mins for my order I called the store again to follow up on my order, and the lady that answered the phone advised that they order had already left the store and that she will do a follow up. She called back after 10 mins and advised that the driver was stuck in traffic and that my order was on the way. I requested to speak to the manager and he advised of the same thing in which I then asked how he could be stuck in traffic whereas the hotel was with the mall [ walking distance]?! He stuck to his story about the traffic eventually after another 30 mins the driver arrived at the hotel with the order, in which I turned back as I was not prepared to pay for such poor service. Me and my colleagues always order from this establishment and even though the service is not always great today's one was by far the worst. I honestly believe they should have advised about their situation and rather given me the option of to collect as I was within the mall instead of having let me wait for an hour for my food.
