Disgusting service!!!
Hi there. I work in the Michaelangelo towers and I called today at lunch and placed an order which I had to repeat to the lady more than 5 times- all I wanted was 2 cheese burgers! I sent someone down to collect them and when I got them they were extremely dry and my one was burnt black!! I called the manager and was put on hold for 5min to explain to him what happened as this has happened more than 3times now and he said he will send someone up with 2 new cheese burgers. The guy arrived at our reception with 2 new burgers over an hour later, we had already eaten our 2 disgusting burgers as we were starving! the guy dropped them off and then came running back to collect them to say the manager wants them back!!!<br> We will never support Nandos again and tell all our clients in the spa about the bad service we received.
