Disgusting service
Seriously disgusting service. I placed an order @18h30 i was told it will arrive in 40 minutes I've waited for an hour and a half still nothing. The call centre doesnt answer the phone unless you are placing a new order if you're following up on an order the phone rings unanswered. When i call the call centre and i press 1 to place an order miraculously they pick up and follow up on the order only for the order with their chilli lane branch who also dont answer. After an entire hour and a half only then do they have the audacity to send a link to show how far the order is when they failed to send it 15 minutes after the order was placed. Im extremely disappointed in this service as i have always bought from here. I would like to know who is reeponsible and what steps Nandos is taking.
