Disgusting service
<p>Today I called to order from Nando's in ghandi square and got the most horrible service. When I ordered they said it would take 35 mins for my order and I was okay with that but then I waited and that 35 mins went by and I didnt even get my food. The delivery guy by the name of Thami when we call him would say he is on his way and then we would call him after he hasnt shown up and he would say he is on fox street which is the next one after ours. we call again and he would say "3 more deliveries and I will be there". we waited and waited and nothing, call him and tell him how disgusting it is and how I will not pay for the food because it is over 35 mins and he would say nothing. The manger calls us by the name of Tsietsi and all he can do is say im sorry. I spent my entire lunch hour waiting for my order and all he can say is sorry, like that is going to help me with anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager at Nando's in Ghandi Square by the name of Tsietsi and the deliver guy by the name of Thami your service is disgusting, appoling and just way off. You should not be working in a customer orientated job as you are horrible at it and thanks for ruining my day</p>
