Disgusting service

<p>I placed an order from nandos flora centre via phone at 13:20 ,they axplained that they were experiencing high volumes of orders so my order will take an hour to be delivered ,at 15:30 I called them back asking where my order was .they said they didnt deliver because i said i will collect then asked them why would i give my delivery address if i was gonna collect my order .Eventually when i received my order after 20 minutes it was in a disgusting manner, my chip were not in a packet the whole packet was torn apart and the driver also didnt show any remorse for that .the food was cold ,cold drink was like coffee and their customers to be happy about that kind of service</p> <p> </p>
