Disgusting Service!!

The most disgusting service received from the call centre and Nando's Ottery, placed an order telephonically for the full portion livers flavoured Mild, when I got home and started eating the flavour was unbearable hot, I noticed they gave me Hot instead of mild, I called the call centre again and they advised me to call the store which I did and spoke to the manager Mpho who refused to assist and advised its the call centre problem, this is truly disgusting customer service!!!!Waisted money on something I could not eat.
