Disgusting food and dispeakable refund policy of Nando's Durbanville

I bought 2 meal sin September 2021 via MrD. Meal was disgusting dry and tasteless. Returned it the very next day early morning and requested a full refund. To this day I haven't received my money. Been sent from Pilar to post. No money returned. I've visited them to request refund, telephoned them, telephoned the customer line to no avail. Instead they refer me to MrD. It was not MrD who did not deliver but Nanos with dispeakable, disgusting food.
