Disgusting Food!
<p>Yesterday I purchased a whole chicken, 4 rolls, chips and a salad. When we got home the chicken was dry and not cut in 8 pieces as requested. I called Richard and he said he will send another chicken of which he did. The order was wrong again he sent lemon and herb when initially we asked for mild. We then opened the rolls and it was stale and the salad was not fresh. I was so irate and I decided I am not going to buy from the Newlands store again! Why can't they get it right the second time. Patetic and Richard did not call me to check if my meal was okay or not!!! Bad service from Management </p>
I called the store this morning spoke to another manager who is Miss Mhkize and she have no respect whatsoever. I asked for the area manager contact number and to my surprise she does not answer her phone!
