Disgusting customer service

Tonight I placed my order and when I got home noticed an entire quarter chicken, chips and a roll meal was missing. I phoned to tell them and obviously was met with a very uninterested attitude. I told the woman my food was cold and it would only worsen now having to drive an 10 minutes to go fetch the food they had left out and 10 minutes home. The woman said they would rectify the issue and replace the entire order. Once I got to the store, all I received was the food that was missing and not my entire order like promised. The woman pretended to not know what I was talking about. So I was left with having wasted R200 on a meal that once I finally got to eat was ice cold and ****. Very disappointing
