Disgusting Customer Service
What a pathetic, disgusting customer service @ Nandos Vereeniging. This is not or the first time I receive pathetic customer service. I place an order @ 19:10 till now 21:14, I have not received my order. When I called the store for follow up I was told “Askies we have a s****** problem” same story every time. I’m so disgusted and fuming because I even paid online & I bet it’s going to take them a month to reverse my money. All staff there must attend customer relationship marketing course

29 Oct 2020, 17:10All I requested from the manager is to be refunded and he said he’ll ask admin lady to call me for my banking details. I’ve been waiting for the call since 11:45 this morning. That store does not take their customers serious. It is no for the first time complaining about same thing. Even previously they gave me same excuse. Waiting for an order for 3 hours????? It’s pathetic
