Disgusting Behaviour
I have never experienced such appalling attitude from an eemployee at work. I am every ashamed to call her a lady because I have lost all respect for her, her name is Nhlanhla. Nhlanhla pulled her face at me when I had changed my order and I insisted that she did. Spoke loudly to her manager and then she changed the order. I then asked her as to why she's so angry even worse it's still early in the day? To my surprise she answered me and said that she will only be happy once I've moved away from her face. Absolutely unbelievable... How do ypu tell a customer to go away like that? Does she know what is a customer and what role does the customer play in the business? What is customer service or is this how customers are treated in this branch (Newcastle Allen Str)? This girl clearly does not value her job, and I am asking myself as to why she works with people when clearly she doesn't have the tolerance and or any patience....
