Disgusting and pathetic service delivery

I am furious. I have given Nandos a full two weeks to respond and nothing. We had a meeting at work and I ordered food. The order was delayed but apart from being delayed there were items missing and some items were packed with incorrect items. This was no small order but to mess up everything was just a mess. I want my money back.
