DISGUSTING
<p> </p> <p> </p> <p>My name is Adrian. What I am about to write is the complete truth. Today, Friday 8th July 2016 I went for an early lunch at the Nandos branch at the Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria. </p> <p>I arrived at the Nandos at approximatlety 11:20 and had large hot chicken livers for lunch with a stoney ****** beer. The food arrived and was delicious as I expect Nandos to be. It did not smell or taste funny and I finished my meal.</p> <p> </p> <p>at approximatly 16:00 I was in the PnP in the Hillcrest Mall waiting in a long queue to pay for my groceries. Suddenly without warning I started seating profusely and my stomach felt as if WW3 had broken out. Within a minute of the disturbance in my stomach I literally had the WORST case of diarrhea I have ever experienced! I defecated in my pants without having the chance to Walk 2 metres! People around me noticed what had happened and all I could do was RUN out the shop. I have NEVER felt so HUMILIATED and DEGRADED in my life! Absolutely disgusting! </p> <p>I Woke this morning feeling fine. Did my ablutions as per usual. The ONLY thing I have eaten the whole day has been the chicken livers. I phoned the Nandos complaint line and left a complaint. I was informed that I would recieve an SMS directly after the call with a reference number for my complaint whilst it was referrred to a senior manager. The SMS was not delivered. I phoned back approx 45 minutes later and eventually was contacted by a manager. Asking how long before they would get back to me on my complaint I was told 5-7 working days. For me, totally unnacceptable! After giving a piece of my mind I was told that the regional manager will would contact me by the next morning. We shall see....</p> <p>will probably go for a blood test to see what bacteria caused this situation. </p> <p>I truly feel like taking legal action for the indignity I have suffered!</p> <p>Nandos, I have been a loyal customer over the years and hope to enjoy your product in the future. That bieng said, this situation is for me totally unnacceptable! If you eat from Nandos Brooklyn Mall you run the risk of experiences what I did. You have been warned. I willphone the health department on Monday morning. Nandos, you have totally dissapointed me!</p>
