Disgusting

Placed an order 3 hours ago and still waiting. Made over 20 calls, answered once and was told the order left, that was 90 minutes after ordering. Thereafter they either cut the calls or just don't answer. Called the order call centre to query, put on hold for 25 minutes. This is disguising. Order reference number 1084/291066
