Disgusted with Nando's
<p> </p> <p>Yesterday at about 18:28, I called Nando’s Polokwane (CBD) branch to order food for delivery. The estimated waiting delivery time was 45 minutes, but that came and passed. Tried calling the shop numerous times to enquire about why my order was taking so long to be delivered. No one bothered to explain…not even the manage.</p> <p>The delivery guy finally called me at 20:33 to say he was at my complex’s gate to deliver my food (MORE THAN AN HOUR AFTER EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME) which was unecceptable.Little to say I was disgusted with the services I received from them.</p>
There’s more to Nando’s than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that’s a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
