Disgusted Nandos Customer
So yesterday our team leader decided to buy us celebratory lunch for hard work; thinking that we are clever we chose to have Nandos. Ordered online, paid online and delivery expected in the next 15 to 30 minutes "Fine, cool we can wait for 30 minutes. Few minutes after placing the order I tried calling the restuarant to ask if they can please put enough sauces because the meal will be shared by a number of people. Called a few times and no answer from Nandos Corlett Drive. 35 minutes later I tried calling to check how far is our lunch still no answer, I then called the Head Office with hope that they can save the day; after staying on the phone for few minutes I was told they cannot get hold of the store either. By then my whole team had lost their appetite and the HO could not assist with cancelling the order and the only option was to send the driver back with the food when he arrives. Booom! an hour later the driver delivers the food when I get to the reception to send him back with the food he had already left. On top of delivering the food late the food was dumped for the dogs with no sauces no forks no serviettes nothing... we are soooo disgusted by the whole of Nandos from HO to the delivery guys... Thanks Nandos you did soooo well in ruining our special day.
