Disgusted in Nandos Sandown

Wed, 31-05-2023, I placed an order with Nandos on the Uber Eats app. My bank account was debited with the order amount. I also received the driver name with a delivery time. Sadly the food was not delivered and when I called Nandos to complaint I was informed to do it on the app which did not resolve the issue. Extremely disgusted in paying for something and not receiving it.
