Disgusted

I am actually behind shocked and in dismay after I actually expressed my heartfelt unhappiness with the attitude I got from one of your branches in Limpopo, Polokwane, next to Thornhill... A family restaurant that hires people that gives your clients attitude... Talking loudly with staff about clients and what clients think they are... And goes on to give me demeaning and disrespectful eye gestures infront of my wife. Front desk person who signed a contract to uphold values of your restaurant... A family restaurant for that matter. I am damn mad that till this day your brand think it is ohk for your team to go around treating us like we are desperate and can disrespect us and make such disrespectful gestures and demeaning and all you can do is sorry... And after asking for escalation of the matter... Nothing happens. I will take this matter to all platforms of social media as I spend my own money that I could've taken somewhere else. Being a client since dawn of the brand but guess what... We are not treated like headless and useless customers that you can disrespect so bad and life goes on. I am still shocked... Your brand makes me sick. I use to see your brand and smile but all I see now... Is so much disrespect and filth.
