Disgusted by nandos waterfront staff .. Gail and Xolelwa
After my family and i ordered at nandos waterfront and opted to sit in, a waiter told my parents they can come in and sit so long whilst they clean our table as soon as my parents went in another waiter named Gail abruptly tells my mom "no wait until i call u",how do u speak to a senior in that manner firstly and loudly humiliating my mom. SECONDLY both the waiter Gail and Manager Xolelwa tells us after we started eating that my 5 year old cannot eat her meal at our table and that she will have to sit on the outside.. 5 year old????? Seriously this is amidst our meal.. so basically what she is saying my 5 year old should leave our table .. how dare she.. anyone who knows me knows im a die hard nandos loyal fan... but no ways... if this is the way your staff handle seniors and minors .. then u should find a new way to train them ...
