Disgusted at the service as I am a loyal customer .
I am really disgusted at the service I've received at nandos in Tokai , I am a regular customer , I practically am there literally 3 times a week . With either , family , friends or work colleagues I strongly won't recommend that specific nandos as I have had bad experiences for more than 3 times this week . The service was bad , card machines faulty and then I had to leave nandos , go to the ATM and withdraw the cash such a shlep . To top it all off they are having a birthday special but not once have I seen it at Nandos Tokai from my understanding it is the first 100 customers per day. Doing the math @9 am I'm sure there was not Newark a 100 customers . The cashier says it's sold out , or the special ends @ 11 that is false advertising and I won't ever go to that nandos , really disappointed . Don't think I would recommend family and friends to enjoy their time there .
