Disgusted

I placed an order no 2837 telephonically at the nandos Columbine square, within 45 minutes my order was at the gate. To my disappointment the paper bag wet, torn and everything inside was upside down. The chicken brown paper was wet, the spinach was spilled over the wedges were all over the servittes. The was no hygiene at all, I don't know how the food is keep for a 10minute drive and you find a whole family meal not worthy to be eaten and an insult to your money. I called the franchise immediately and spoke to Norma at 18h13 and she promised to call me back but until now nothing has been done. With this pandemic and the government pushing for safety in our food and delivering of same and you get this. I'm apaulled at the manner in which nandos Columbine square prepares and package and deliver food at this state
