Disgraceful Service at Nando's N1 City

on Wednesday 20th March, I went to Ronderbosch Nandos for lunch and unfortunately it was closed due to load shedding. I always eat at Nandos and thought that i would drive down to N1 city Goodwood and eat there. I was extremely disappointed in the service that was given to me. I ordered my meal and I was not happy with the portion size of the chip as io took a sharing side of chips. only to discover that it was the exact same portion as the single side. I then called the Manager by the name of George and he was so rude. I asked about the portion size and he said that thats how it is and was very arrogant at the time. Even though my friend took a single side and we compared it to the sharing side that i got, one could clearly see that that was not a sharing side of chips. I was not being disrespectful towards him in any way to receive such a disgraceful response. I payed R178 for my meal and I did not enjoy it because i was uncomfortable. I always eat at nandos and never in my life have I received such unreasonable and disrespectful service ever.
