Disappointing service

I went to Nandos Makhado crossing and had the worse restaurant experience as yet. I went there around 14:05 for my lunch break for a eat in. Around 14:35. I was still seating with no order or communication I stood up to go ask and they said my order was a take out …but I had been issued a table number. Rudely so the ladies there said they were too busy to fix it I then asked if I could then have my order and leave .. they said they would bring it just for them to take another 10min I ended up leaving the restaurant and 14:55 with only 5 minutes to eat my lunch No apologies for the order mix up nothing. I got back o the branch to realise my order was wrong .

Really so disappointed with the service I got and I’ll be sharing this review on twitter too . Really disappointing! No ownership nothing !!
