Disappointing Order

I placed a collect order on the website - order number 9180/ST***6. Special instructions were well done and extra sauce. When picking up my order I confirmed with the manager (she was at the collection counter) whether the chicken was well done and they added extra sauce and she confirmed that they did.

Lo and behold when I got home and started dishing up, the chicken was 5% away from being burnt, and there were no condiments or cutlery included in the bag. I'm extremely disappointed in the service received, considering that this is the only Nandos with a 1km radius of where I live!
