Disappointing meal at Nandos

Hi my husband purchased a meal at Umgeni nandos a short while ago totally disappointed. The meal was tasteless had a bare minimum sauce We always like our chicken well done which he asked for it was definitely not. He was too tired to drive all the way back and drop off this tasteless chicken What a waste of our money in future we will have to try other brands like kolays cause nandos customer service Is not good. I will wait to see if we get a response
