Disappointing Management conduct

<p>Manager called Feroza(Indian lady), when I came in to the shop at Nandos La lucia in Durban. She was disciplining the african delivery guy, shouting at him infront of the customers and other staff members. I was so disappointed by this action by the person who is suppose to lead by example and be professional, sje could have just called the poor guy to the back and talk to him in private. Worse part of it is the fact that after degrading this guy infront of evetyone in tje shop, she attended another delivery guy who is Indian and they started discussing the other delivery guy. I was so disappointed to witnesd this kind of attitude towards the staff by this manager. I think Nandos must do something to call this manager to order. I work for union full time and I was even tempted to call this manager to order because she was out of order. </p>
