Disappointing Experience at Nando’s Town Square Richards Bay

I am extremely disappointed with the food I purchased from Nando’s Town Square, Richards Bay on 22 August 2026. I placed the order telephonically, order number 8583. Lastly, the lady who served me did not put salad in, I had to ask her to put salad.

Unfortunately, the chicken was sour and not edible, the corn was rotten, and the bun was doughy and clearly not fresh. This is unacceptable, particularly from a well-known food outlet.

I paid for a meal that I could not eat. I hope Nando’s investigates this matter and takes the necessary steps to ensure better food quality and freshness.
