Disappointing Customer

Could you please explain to me why do you charge extra for the meals ordered online for delivery compare to collections and on top of that you also charge a delivery fee? That means we're paying twice for delivery and we have to tip the driver aswell. I bought (4x quarter chicken and any single side) @ the price of R56 which makes it R7 more, therefore it's R28 extra for the 4 plus the R15 delivery fee. In other words I've paid R43 delivery fee plus the drivers tip!!! That's a rip-off!! It's so disgusting!!
