Disappointing

Ordered a meal that took 50 minutes as stated when we placed,but the food was cold, the burger wasn't great, wedges weren't cooked all the way and the roll that we paid for was not there. Just disappointing. Tried to call through for half an hour and the call keeps cutting when they eventually answered so unable to complain.
