Disappointing

I love nandos and myself and my family enjoy eating at nandos however yesterday my experience with nandos was something else. We bought nandos at nandos in horizon view and wow the food was terrible. Ordered a full chicken with sides and full portion of chicken livers as well as garlic bread on the side and it was just something I've never ever experienced before. Not to speak about the service at the nandos. You guys should really get friendlier staff working in your restaurants cause it's as if the staff there are doing you a favour. The livers were as Dry as ever and normally the livers are juicy. The full chicken I asked to be cut into 8 got home and low and behold a half a chicken only no sauce as dry as the Sahara desert. I'm very disappointed in nandos really. 😭
