Disappointed with bad service

Ive placed an order early in the morning using my wicode it was quater chicken then i use wi code to pay, i was disappointed when i go to the store and they told me that my order it shows that its unpaid, i tried to call the customer services and they told me the same thing that i didn't pay. They even end up hanging a call for me. Below its the details of my order.
