Disappointed Metlife Plaza Nandos service

I'm really disappointed with the service at Metlife Plaza Nandos.

We waited over 30min for our meal. Customers that ordered after us, and clearly a bigger order, received their order before us. I do understand that it's festive, so it is a busy time. But because they were clearly waiting for 1 or 2 of the items we ordered, the rest of the order was cold (because they had packed it ready while waiting for other items).

I also ordered extra pineapple on my chicken wrap. Which costs a whole can of pineapple in the first place but they failed to put it on my wrap.

There was also no serviettes or sauce sachets in the bag.

Festive or not, the service needs to be improved.
