Disappointed management sevice and old food

I had a very disappointing experience at Nando’s. The service was extremely slow, and the staff showed little urgency in assisting customers. To make matters worse, the food that was served tasted old and was not up to standard at all. This is unacceptable for a brand known for quality. I expected much better, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet even basic expectations. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
