Disappointed in Nandos Fordsburg
I am not a complaining person, but today I am doing exactly that! After calling the Nandos in Fordsburg for the second time after placing my order simply to confirm that they got my order correct, they somehow still managed to get it wrong. Not only was the food freezing cold, my order was *****ed up too. I specifically asked for ONE spicy rice and chicken strips with extra feta added, But got 2 with the wrong flavor (Lemon & Herb) instead of the mild I ordered. I also ordered PERI-crusted winglets which was not crusted and flavoured at all. I am complaining because I am unable to eat what I ordered as I have a bad allergy to dairy products (cheese in specific). I also asked for a speed point , due to the fact that I'm at work, I do not have cash with me and I am not close to an FNB ATM. This was not sent with the delivery guy, I had to use an ATM other than the bank I bank with, and therefore charges occurred on my account. So I'm basically sitting here hungry, irritated, annoyed and every mood an angry person could ever be in. I've been a regular client for a very long time (check you order records) I also called the store back to complain and the call "dropped" how convenient , so I will not accept this kind of service for something I paid for. Please get back to me ASAP as I am willing to take this matter up further.
