Disappointed customer-Nandos Banbury

I was a really big fan of Nandos to a point I used to eat Nandos twice a week, ever since they have discontinued Giblets I stopped buying Nandos...had it a couple of times after that however their prices increased and quality dropped. I used to be a regular at Nandos Boskruin and now that we have to call the call centre to place an order my orders can only come from Banbury which is disgusting.. Their customer service is shocking to say the least and the food is even worse. I ordered spicy rice with chicken strips, hot pot and a strips only...I requested for the strips only to have extra sauce because really who wants to eat dry chicken and the sauce it what makes it 'Nandos' after placing my order on the 27 May 2019 and hour later I received my food.. 1.it was cold 2.the strips only had NO sauce! 3.the rice in the hot pot was over boiled and was almost like mash!! 4.i received half of the strips and rice!!! Which I have taken a picture of as proof

I will NEVER waste my money on another Nandos meal Extremely disappointed!
