Disappointed Customer

<p>So because it was raining today and anticipated traffic I decided to order Nandos for super immediately after leaving work hoping by the time I get there my order will be waiting for, guess what, after being stuck on traffic for about an hour I get to Nandos lakeside Mall to collect my food my order was still not prepared, and none of the stuff thought it was appropriate to apologize or anything for the inconvenience, instead when I asked for the manager who was nowhere to be seen at the time. The lady who was a cashier shouted a name Abdul with this proud face, as if she was saying to me, so u think my manager will do any better. When Abdul The manger came I asked him to open the meat I order aand I was sure it was not how I wanted it as they did it in such a rush we both confirmed it was just not satisfactory, I then decided to take my money and left them with their meat!</p>
