Disappointed customer

I always place orders with nandos waterfall corner and they always getting the delivery wrong, and my meetings are disrupted by this as the people needs to break at another time... i am always getting my platters cold and the chicken dry. I will not be ordering from them for my meeting again and will using someone else.
